You're invited to SUMMER CAMP - right in your hometown!

St. Mark Lutheran Church is sponsoring a FREE Summer Day Camp this July 28-August 1, and your child is invited! Led by the Hopewood Outdoors team, day camp will take place at St. Mark, located at 611 Woodville Rd. in East Toledo.

What is day camp? It’s a week of camp without needing to sleep away from home! Activities will include crafts, singing, games, sports, Bible Study, and special events. Day camp is a chance for growth! Through these activities, your child will develop self confidence, enhance leadership skills, and learn the importance of teamwork in ways that will serve them long after camp has ended.

Who can attend day camp? This year, day camp is open to all students who have completed Kindergarten-5th grade. Preschool students are also invited to attend, provided they are 3 years old and fully potty trained. 

Each day, we will begin at 10:00am and end at 4:00 pm. Snacks and lunch during the camp day are provided! This camp has been made available through generous donations from our community and is free of charge for our participants. 

Spots are limited to 30 campers and registration is first come, first served! Please use the form found on this page to register your camper and turn it in to church staff. For more information, email Kim Fletcher at [email protected], or call our church office at 419-691-3597.

Volunteers needed!

        Here’s how you can serve:

• Help with morning registration (9:30–10:30 AM)
• Provide or help serve lunch for 40 campers and staff
• Donate snacks for the group
• Bring breakfast items for our 3 ministry team members
• Provide dinner for the 3 ministry team members

Whether you can give food donations, an hour of your time, or a whole day, your time and generosity will make a huge impact! Let’s come together to support this amazing ministry and bless our campers with a joyful and nourishing experience!
